(Or Suzie, as my friends call me!) Born and raised in Bahrain, studied in Switzerland, and somehow ended up in Edinburgh. I'm a single mum, an introvert, a recovering perfectionist.. and someone who has spent a ridiculous amount of her life overthinking things!
I've owned and run businesses for YEARS. And yet it took me sixteen years to put myself online. Sixteen years to do something that looked like it should've taken sixteen minutes!
One day I wanted to share recipes. The next day it was health and wellness. Then motherhood. Then business.. and around and around I went. For years I thought there was something wrong with me. Looking back now, I realize I had lots of GOOD ideas.. and that's a very different problem!

Okay, so here's how it works.. Every day for ten days, you'll watch one short lesson (coffee or tea in hand, obviously), then open your workbook and do that day's exercise while it's still fresh. That's it! I promise I'm not adding to the pile already sitting in your saved folder.
